More than 200 startups from Central Eurasia competed at the Astana Hub Battle

In 2023, Digital Bridge hosted one of the most significant startup competitions in the field of Information Technology - the Astana Hub Battle. Over 200 IT companies hailing from Central Eurasia enthusiastically participated in this fierce competition, vying for a substantial prize pool of $125,000 to further advance their IT projects.

Out of the initial pool, 100 exceptionally competitive projects advanced to the semi-finals. Ultimately, 10 outstanding projects were chosen to compete in the grand finale. These finalists included Garderob, Cleek, MyMind, Porte, ProsperPay, Qtap, Beksar, TrustContract, IMPRO, and MyStory.

The winners of the Astana Hub Battle were decided across five distinct categories, with each recipient receiving a $25,000 prize. The competition attracted scalable projects at either the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or Product-Market Fit (PMF) stage, with entries pouring in from startup enterprises originating in various countries, including Kazakhstan, Turkey, Singapore, the UAE, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, the USA, Azerbaijan, Russia, and Mongolia. Notably, past victors of this competition have included startups such as Kwaaka, NBfit, UvU, Parqour, EasyTap, and Kid Security.
