Georgia will host a Halloween-style pitch night on 29 October: the winner will get a bigger chance to visit Silicon Valley

The main startup competition for the right to go to the US will take place in January 2023. Everyone interested will be able to take part in it. 

On October 29 in Tbilisi IMPACTA LAB and Termanal coworking space are holding a night pitch session. The winner will automatically qualify for the finals of the larger pitch competition YW2SV (Your Way to Silicon Valley), which will be held in Tbilisi at the end of January 2023. 

“In addition, the winner will participate in a two-month acceleration programme. During this time the startup will practice pitching, get acquainted with Silicon Valley opportunities in advance and receive tips from mentors on attracting infestation outside of Georgia.” – a VC Analyst of IMPACTA LAB Daria Shu comments.

The event will take place in an offline format, but the organizers promise to organize an online broadcast.

YW2SV (Your Way to Silicon Valley) is a more serious startup event. One founder-winner of YW2SV will go to Silicon Valley for one week at the expense of the organisers. During that time, they will help meet all potential investors and strategic partners. At the same time, the founder will be filmed during the trip in order to create a video footage.
