Astana Hub Technopark in Kazakhstan is one of the most significant elements of the startup-ecosystem in Central Eurasia. Startup Central Eurasia Platform actively cooperates with Astana Hub and we are glad to share their successes:
«Astana Hub has been collaborating with foreign IT companies since 2019 and has attracted them as members of the Technopark ecosystem. Astana Hub members receive tax preferences, a simplified visa regime, PR promotion, access to the IT community and international investors. Thus, the process of adaptation of foreign IT companies goes faster. In turn, they get the opportunity to work on the territory of Kazakhstan to do business with the whole world.
- Last year, a record number of foreign IT companies became new participants of the Technopark – 25, and since the beginning of 2022, 4 more foreign IT companies have joined them.
- Total participants of the Technopark are 69 companies with foreign participation from Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Israel, UAE, South Korea, China, Japan, Singapore, UK and USA.
One of the new participants is the Cyprus IT company Darmius, which launched the Corp Entry project in Kazakhstan. The project aims to provide employees with centralized access to information about the company’s activities, principles and plans, work processes, events, internal rules and policies. Also of the new startups – Ukrainian company in telemedicine Dariger Online, medical online consultation service, The Department of Medical Science and Technology of the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare is responsible for implementing this project.
"Foreign IT companies are increasingly interested in Kazakhstan. We expect more representatives of foreign countries to appear among Astana Hub participants this year.
