Acceleration program IRA by MOST VENTURES starts in March

IRA (Investment Readiness Accelerator) is a program for startups in Central Asia by MOST Ventures Fund. The program is conducted on a regular basis in two languages: English/Russian.

Most ventures is a private venture fund in Central Asia. For more than 10 years, they have been providing financial and non-financial support to technology entrepreneurs, as well as conducting incubation and acceleration programs for the entire region. The Fund focuses on IT startups building an international business.

MOST Holding is the first private ecosystem for startups and venture investors in Central Asia. The structure of the holding includes MOST Business Incubator (for early-stage startups), MOST Venture Fund, UMAY business angels club, and MOST Hub Almaty.


  • Applications are accepted — until 27 February
  • Screening of applications — from 27 February to 7 March
  • Announcing participants, collecting documents – 7 March 
  • Introduction to the SAFE (simple agreement for future equity) agreement. A simple agreement for future equity in the company. Fast and effective way to raise capital in the early stages of the business. Signing the term sheet (preliminary agreement about the terms of the program) —  1–7 March 
  • Program duration — from 11 March to 6 May


Successful Startups of 2021

MOST Ventures closed 4 deals valued around $2 million in 2021

1. OneVision – $100 000. Graduate of the first IRA, startup OneVision has raised $100,000 in investment at a valuation of $1 million.

2. Numba One – $1M. Invested in Kyrgyz startup Namba One.

3. CTOgram – $700 000. Startup from Kazakhstan CTOgram has raised $700,000 from Quest Ventures, MOST Ventures and angel investor Adil Nurgozhin.

4. UvU – $300 000. Graduate of the first IRA, startup UvU has raised $300,000.
